Everest high Passes trekking

Everest High Passes Trek is also known as Everest three passes trek.It is one of the most authentic adventure trek in Everest facilitating the crossing of 3 different high passes which are not counted on the standard Everest trail, Renjo La (5,388m/17,513ft), Cho La (5,380m/17,650ft) and Kongma La (5,535m/18,159).Everest High Passes Trek starts from Lukla, from here we follow in the footsteps of famous mountaineers for the walk into Everest Base Camp and then departs from EBC route and Gokyo route from Namche Bazar following the Bhote Koshi river valley on its right until Thame, another popular village of the region. Thame is popular for an old monastery. Thame is also known as the birth place of mountaineers. From here the route ascends gradually to Lungdi for 4/5 hours. Another day crossing the Renjo La Pass , you will have a very good view to Mt. Everest including other peaks like Makalu, Cholatse, Tabuche, Lobuche, Lhotse, Nuptse, Cho Oyu, Thamserku etc. After crossing the pass, you may need to walk around 3 hours all the way down to reach Gokyo Valley [4,750M / 15,583FT].It will present you with the most fantastic panorama of surrounding Eight-Thousandeers (Pumori, Nuptse and Lhotse) and the closest sighting of Mt. Everest. This is a fusion of adventure and ethnic Himalaya culture at its best.Gokyo Valley is popular for 5 beautiful lakes and the popular view point of Everest region called Gokyo RI [5,386m / 17,670ft]. The striking color of the lakes below completes the picture. The only way to get a better view of the entire Everest region would be to climb an 8,000 metre peak. From here we will prepare to cross another pass called Cho La [5,360m / 17,585ft]. The crossing is hard work, involving a steep scramble up rock boulders and then a walk across the gently ascending, snow-covered glacier that caps the pass. However, the views of the route ahead, and of the glacier itself, are breathtaking. We trek around Gokyo Lake to set up our wilderness camp at the Renjo La base. After reaching the summit of Kongma La[5,535m / 18,159ft], as we compose our way to the Everest Base Camp we marvel at the spectacle of Khumbu icefall cascading from the Western Cwm. Kongma La pass also offers you numbers of attractive viewing of the Himalayan snowcapped mountains of Nepal.
